My A/C stopped cooling. It was one of those close to 100 degrees days. I called chills on wheels and they came out a few hours later and saved the day. The tech was friendly and did good work. Christine

Anthony came by and helped me get my system running. He was very nice and helpful.

Mr. Morgan was assisted by Chillsonwheels with Air condition installation. Kayla was very instrumental in making sure this senior citizen had air during these brutal days of 90+ degrees. From Kayla's coordination, the delivery person to the installation personnel they were all very friendly, courteous and professional. First class service all around!!! Mr. Morgan wanted to let you all know that he is very pleased for a job well done!

The central air unit at my Avondale apartment slowly and agonizingly decided it could no longer bear the intensity of another Florida summer and required replacement. Brian rapidly gave me an estimate, and was able to have his excellent team replace the dying unit without delay. Ive been a loyal customer of Chills on Wheels for years, and I continue to be highly impressed and thoroughly pleased with their outstanding service. They consistently deliver prompt, reliable, and top-notch performance. Most recently, my AC system shut down due to a backed-up drain line that tripped the safety switch. Kayla responded quickly and efficiently, dispatching technician Joaquin Martinez to my home without delay. He had the system up and running in no time. I have to admit, I had neglected regular maintenance since the unit was installed by Chills on Wheels three years agomy oversight. Thankfully, Kayla also helped me enroll in the Chills Comfort Club maintenance plan. Not only did it save me money compared to paying for a one-time drain flush and tune-up, but it also provides two annual precision tune-ups for Spring and Fall, ensuring my system stays in peak condition moving forward. In the early days, Brian always went above and beyond to take care of me, and its clear he has built a phenomenal team that continues to uphold the same high standards. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service and professionalism of Chills on Wheels.

Our AC broke over Memorial Day weekend and I called them and they were there the same day. It needed new wiring they thought it was fixed and the next day it broke down again and they came out and rewired everything. So appreciated of them

Not once did he try to upsell me on anything That's what I picked up on from the beginning. I had Guy David and Mr.David Wilson both come to my house on separate occasions to work on the HVAC issue and all I can say was they were both great very professional and got the job done fast .

I called and talked to someone named Heather. She was great and very easy to talk to! All my questions answered in a way that was very easy to understand!

Had to call to get some clarification on pricing and services and had one of the best experiences I've had from the lady in their office. Heather I think is her name, but I've been met with insincere, rude attitudes before when I tried getting work done on my AC through other companies and had called their office over things like just asking about pricing and availability. Told things like it says online etc. And I ended up getting just as shitty services as the people they had answering the phone for that company. So happy to be able to be treated w respect, manners, and patience when it came to Chill on wheels and was impressed enough to write a review on here. Definitely recommend and highly satisfied with the customer service Heather provided me with.

Chills on wheels tech, DeSean, did an amazing job today on my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable, found the issue, and fixed it quick. He explained quite a few things to me. My experience has been fantastic and I will use them for all my future ac needs.

The company that I rent from used Chills on Wheels to fix my AC. The tech Tristan was right on time, fixed the issue, told me the follow up plan, showed up for the follow up right on time and completed everything. I know the rental company contracts out to the HVAC company but if I owned the home I'd absolutely use these guys. Tristan gets the 5 stars

We just had our 1st, six month inspection. Guy David was the tech. He was on time and throughly explained what he was checking and our system was in perfe t order. Guy as polite and professional. Brian (the owner) was professional, very knowledgeable on all the new upgrades and brands (note our unit was 22 years old). He took the time (2 hours) to explain the different type of units that would fit our needs and answered all our questions and concerns. There were a few hiccups (shortage of parts) getting the unit we wanted but Brian went that extra mile and drove to Daytona Beach to pick up the part needed to complete our installation. We cant say enough about their great customer service, keeping us updated, and making sure all our requests were meant. We love our unit and will be a customer of Chills on Wheels for life! Our installers Chris and Josie were knowledgeable, professional, communicated all the way through the installation. Chris reviewed the installation with us and gave us tips on keeping our unit performing to its best ability. Both Chris and Josie made sure all our questions were answered and the unit was performing to our expectations before they left. Their cleanup after installation was beyond our expectations!

Came out within an hour and repaired our AC. Had the part on hand. Awesome job.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather who answers when you call. She has been helping us deal with our rental company to get our AC fixed this past week and has been so patient and helpful. She was just the best and did everything she could to help us. Triston had to come out twice to get our fan motor replaced due to having to wait for our rental company to approve his estimate. All 3 technicians weve had come to our house for our AC this month have been very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The tech was friendly and did a quick job identifying my issue. Other than a drainage pipe being dislodged, he informed me the overflow cut-off pipe was clogged and that I need to clear it with bleach or vinegar monthly, the same time I change the filter. I wish previous A/C techs would have told me this, though I'm now grateful for the knowledge.

Our A/C went out or so I thought. Called on a Wednesday about 30 minutes before closing. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next...

Brian is amazing, informative, professional, polite, and definitely someone you want representing your company. He fixed what needed immediate attention, and explained what still needed to be repaired, so we could schedule once we reached payday. There was no pressure to do more than we could afford. Guy was very friendly and informative on the diagnosis. When he found that the bottom of the evaporator was very dirty, he tried to see if he could clean it without the full removal process but could not reach most of the affected area. A off system cleaning of the evaporator was needed. In addition, he let me know that with the complete evaporator cleaning, there easily could be some refrigerant needed. He felt honest to give me a worst condition which assured me would be in the estimate they would send me. He did show me that the refrigerant return temperature was low, indicative that the proper expansion was not occurring. This informative diagnosis was appreciated. Thus my trust with him was extremely elevated.
